The Survival Game Vintage Story is Now an Official Mod Database, Improved Wayland Support

  Are you looking for a survival game that isn't Valheim? Do give Vintage Story a go, which , on the surface, looks like Minecraft but it's so much more engaging and much deeper mechanically. Although this is mostly a stability update for the previous release, which was pretty huge, some fun bits have been put in. One of the biggest changes is an official Mod Database, for players to download and upload from. In the end, they said it will be integrated into the game client to blur the lines between what is vanilla content and what is modded content (if you choose to use it, that is). While the rest of the update is comprised of minor tweaks and fixes, their support for Linux continues to shine. Linux gamers will see an improvement in Wayland support. They upgraded the version of OpenTK used along with some extra Wayland improvements that should enhance the mouse support in the game. The complete changelog can be found here.
